Pelvico

As we near the end of 2021 we are starting to think about challenges, motivation and community for 2022 but we want to hear from YOU.....our Pelvico community!

Provide your feedback in this thread, DM us or send us an email at [email protected] with what you'd like to see more of when it comes to challenges (what will help motivate you, keep you accountable, etc). Anyone that responds will get entered into winning a coffee or a treat on us with a $10 gift card to Starbucks.

Perhaps including some stretching or yoga type activities in the challenges? I try to do both strength training and yoga to balance things out and to improve mobility.
